What to expect?
An MFR treatment begins with a discussion of your general medical history and details about your current concern. This is followed by a physical postural assessment, which looks closely at your main complaint as well as any other relevant areas. You’ll be asked to change into your underwear, or if you prefer, shorts and a bra top. During the session, you will be comfortably draped with sheets or towels.
For follow-up treatments, further assessments will be carried out to monitor changes in your posture, function, and presenting complaint.
How will I feel after the treatment?
You may feel lighter, more relaxed, and notice easier movement right away. It’s also normal to feel a little sore, like after gentle exercise, for a day or two as your body adjusts. Some people also feel a little light headed. Drinking water and resting will help, and most people feel more balanced and at ease afterward.
